Existing materials such as slate and stone will be salvaged and reused in the new house and landscaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">The existing stone barn is to be retained, repaired and converted into the main living spaces for the new house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We have now been given the go ahead to produce the working drawings and Building Warrant Packages.
